Students Empowered at IMC F-6/2 Investiture 2025

Ms. Farah Naz Akbar, Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, attended the Investiture 2025 ceremony at Islamabad Model College for Girls F-6/2 as the chief guest and formally welcomed the newly elected Students’ Council 2025–26. She praised the college for nurturing leadership skills and giving students practical opportunities to shoulder responsibility within the school community.

Addressing the audience, Ms. Farah Naz Akbar reminded the council that true leadership is defined by deeds rather than titles, urging members to lead by example. She encouraged the student leaders to carry out their duties with honesty, humility, and dedication and to prioritise service to their peers while upholding the values promoted by their teachers and parents.

Highlighting the role of young people in national progress, she said Allah Almighty has blessed the youth with chances to serve and to lead with integrity, calling on the council to use this mandate responsibly. Her remarks underscored the importance of character and commitment for student representatives who will influence campus life during their tenure.

The Investiture 2025 concluded with an oath-taking ceremony that formally instated the council members, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by the Principal, Prof. Aaliya Durrani, who commended both students and staff for their continued efforts in building a culture of leadership and accountability at the college.
